Architect, Urban Planner, and Real Estate Agent, born in Rio de Janeiro / RJ, I began my studies at Santa Úrsula University, where I studied Architecture and Urban Planning for two years. In my third year, I continued my studies in Asunción, Paraguay, graduating shortly thereafter.

Professionally, I interned at the Ministry of Public Works and Communications of Paraguay for a year and a half. Some time later, an opportunity arose to intern at a medium-sized construction company, Constructora Baumann SA, where I worked for 7 consecutive years as a contractor. After that time, I opened my own company (PJ) and continued developing projects for Baumann as well as for various clients.

At the beginning of the last decade, I moved to Rio de Janeiro to have my degree recognized and obtain my registration with the CAU/RJ (Council of Architecture and Urbanism of Rio de Janeiro). I wrote two theses, one in architecture and the other in urban planning, at UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) to have my degree validated. Meanwhile, I became a partner in a heritage restoration company in Rio de Janeiro called MViana Arquitetura e Construção. There, I learned the skills involved in restoration, such as historical research, materials research, technologies used in the past, and so on.

A short time later I decided to return to Paraguay again to develop a new project for an Itaú Bank branch, staying there until 2014. I returned permanently to Rio de Janeiro where I worked on various projects and renovations until the beginning of 2023.

I arrived in Curitiba with the intention of embracing new challenges and making myself available to the market to offer solutions in Architecture and Construction.
